Programmes, Camps, Talks & Workshops


At Rae cricket coaching we aim to offer the highest quality service for players. Ultimately, we aim to empower those players that we work with to be confident cricketers, have an open mind to learning and an understanding of the individual strengths they can bring to a team. All of our coaches have undertaken the required safeguarding checks and are cleared to work with children.

Our coaching programme is varied depending on the individual’s requirements but falls into the following categories:

  • Strength and Conditioning for cricket
  • Mental skills in cricket
  • Tactics and game scenarios
  • Leadership in cricket

Individual Coaching

We look to work with players in blocks of five or ten to create a truly individualised programme. Single sessions can be booked and there is the option to request video analysis with feedback provided via email after the session for an additional fee.

Small Group Coaching

Tailored coaching for groups of up to four people, with a minimum booking of five sessions in advance.

School sessions

Rae Cricket Coaching delivers camps both in the UK and internationally.  The camps aim to be an experience to remember. Enjoyable but challenging, integrating high quality skill-based technical sessions with tactical games, strength and conditioning and mental skills. In 2019 we ran a camp in Delhi, India. Talks: Olivia RaeOlivia has spoken at a variety of public speaking engagements to date. She was the guest of honour at Bow School speech day in 2017 and at the annual Old Dunelmian society dinner in London in 2019. Olivia also delivered a motivational talk to school children through her work with Cricket for Girls in 2018.

The talks aim to inspire and empower through addressing some key areas from Olivia’s experience as an international cricketer and coach. Below are the three themes for her current talks:

Theme 1 – Goal setting.

Theme 2 – Lessons learned from the journey to international representation in sport.

Theme 3 -The benefits of adopting a growth mindset.
